Our Airport Services Team is currently seeking two outstanding Managers to join our leadership! These Managers will either oversee Administration or Compliance. Both reporting to the Director of Airport services, these positions will be responsible for the following areas of expertise:

Manager of Compliance:

This position oversees the personnel, processes, and performance monitoring activities that ensure contracted maintenance support and operational services are delivered in accordance with established scopes of work, contractual requirements, service standards, budgets, and organizational expectations.

This position requires a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, project and program management, vendor management, budget oversight, and operational compliance. The manager ensures contract requirements, scopes of work, performance measures, and compliance activities are effectively incorporated into daily program oversight to support operational continuity and accountability in contract management.

Reporting to the Director of Airport Services, the manager supervises Program Administrators/Managers, Contract Compliance Coordinators, and designated compliance leads. The role establishes consistent compliance management practices, prioritizes resources, monitors program and contractor performance, and leads efforts to identify operational risks, address service deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.

The manager works collaboratively with trade superintendents, operational supervisors, Contract Administration, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and other airport stakeholders. The compliance function provides independent monitoring, performance verification, program oversight, and accountability. At the same time, trade leadership and designated technical subject-matter experts retain responsibility for technical direction, specialized maintenance decisions, and field execution.

Manager of Administration

The position requires a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, public-sector procurement processes, contract administration, budget development and monitoring, financial oversight, and supervisory management. The manager oversees the administration and management of a diverse portfolio of maintenance and operational service contracts, ensuring timely procurement coordination, effective contract administration, accurate invoice processing, expenditure tracking, and proactive monitoring of contract capacity and funding availability. The manager ensures the team consistently follows business processes and that contract administration activities effectively support operational continuity and fiscal accountability.

Reporting to the Director of Airport Services, the manager directly supervises Contract Administration Supervisors and Contract Administrators. The role establishes consistent contract administration practices, balances workloads and priorities, and serves as a key liaison among operational stakeholders, project and program managers, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and divisional leadership.

The manager provides administrative oversight of contracts, while trade superintendents, operational managers, and designated technical subject-matter experts retain responsibility for technical direction, field execution, and acceptance of specialized work.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Apply an extensive understanding of the contract lifecycle, including procurement planning, scope development, contract startup, administration, modifications, renewals, and closeout, to support effective program implementation, compliance monitoring, and operational continuity.
  • Evaluate scopes of work, contract requirements, service-level agreements, performance specifications, and deliverables to establish appropriate compliance monitoring methods, inspection requirements, reporting expectations, and accountability measures.
  • Oversee vendor performance management, including compliance inspections, service evaluations, performance reviews, deficiency documentation, corrective action monitoring, and verification that contracted services meet established expectations.
  • Identify deficiencies, recurring performance concerns, scope gaps, and operational risks; coordinate corrective action plans with appropriate stakeholders and escalate matters requiring contractual, technical, financial, or leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate with trade leadership, operational supervisors, project and program managers, and vendors to ensure compliance monitoring supports daily operations without assuming responsibility for specialized technical direction or field execution.
  • Support emergency preparedness, operational continuity planning, service transitions, and other assigned Airport Maintenance priorities.
  • Develop standardized contract files, checklists, trackers, reporting tools, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen consistency, audit readiness, and traceability.
  • Develop regular budget and contract portfolio reports and dashboards tracking expenditures against approved budgets, capacity utilization, forecasted needs, procurement milestones, invoice processing, upcoming expirations, and administrative risks; escalate exceptions and recommend corrective action for the airport services portfolio.
  • Partner with trade leadership, project and program managers, vendors, Finance, Procurement, and the compliance team to resolve administrative issues and support uninterrupted service delivery.

  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
