Als Product Genius sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson und Experte oder Expertin für unsere Kund:innen bezüglich unserer Premium-Fahrzeuge. Sie nutzen innovative Tools, organisieren Probefahrten, unterstützen das Verkaufsteam und pflegen Kundenbeziehungen.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Souveräner und serviceorientierter Umgang mit qualitätsbewusster Kundschaft
  • Nutzung innovativer Tools und Demonstration der Technologien und Produkte der Marken BMW und Mini
  • Verantwortlichkeit für das Fuhrparkmanagement
  • Professionelle Betreuung unserer Kund:innen - Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner:in und Berater:in für unsere Kund:innen
  • Organisation der Probefahrten
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei den täglichen Abläufen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Interesse an verkaufsanbahnenden Tätigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Produktinteresse rund um die faszinierende Welt von BMW und Mini macht Sie zum/zur Expert:in an der Seite unserer Kund:innen
  • Leidenschaft für Performance, innovatives Design und Mobilität liegen in Ihrer DNA
  • Kommunikationsstarke & serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem sicheren Auftreten
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
