Als jurist kom je terecht binnen het Departement Zorg, waar je collega's, management en andere stakeholders ondersteunt met juridisch advies over uiteenlopende en maatschappelijk relevante vraagstukken. Je volgt de evoluties in wetgeving, rechtspraak en beleid op de voet en vertaalt complexe juridische materie naar heldere, bruikbare adviezen en oplossingen.

Je functie combineert inhoudelijke juridische expertise met beleidsmatige ondersteuning. Zo analyseer je regelgeving en juridische knelpunten, formuleer je adviezen op basis van wetgeving, rechtspraak en rechtsleer, en werk je mee aan de opmaak, interpretatie en verbetering van regelgeving. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's bij de toepassing van regelgeving in de praktijk, werk je mee aan beleidsvoorstellen en help je nieuwe wettelijke ontwikkelingen vertalen naar duidelijke richtlijnen, procedures en communicatie.

Je bouwt actief een netwerk uit met interne en externe partners, neemt deel aan projecten en overlegfora en draagt bij aan een kwaliteitsvolle en juridisch onderbouwde dienstverlening. Daarbij heb je oog voor juridische risico’s, signaleer je verbeterkansen en denk je mee na over hoe processen en regelgeving efficiënter en toekomstgericht kunnen worden georganiseerd.

Je komt terecht in een uitdagende omgeving waarin maatschappelijke relevantie, expertise en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen met je collega's krijg je de kans om mee vorm te geven aan juridische oplossingen en regelgeving die bijdragen aan een sterk en kwaliteitsvol zorgbeleid in Vlaanderen.

  • Je hebt een Belgisch masterdiploma in de rechten.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar beroepservaring rond het Vlaamse gezondheids- en welzijnsrecht.
