A Glimpse of the Job
Mays Business School seeks a Learning Quality Consultant to help advance standards of learning quality across our top-ranked programs and learning environments. Serving as a consultant and subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on educational design quality, digital accessibility, user experience design, and Flex Online style and branding to ensure consistency and excellence in the learner experience. Working collaboratively with Teaching & Learning Innovation team members, you will support the development of high-quality online, hybrid, and face-to-face learning experiences grounded in research-based standards and learner-centered practices. In this role, you will play an important part in the quality assurance process by conducting reviews, managing documentation and workflows, and helping ensure accessibility compliance. You will also leverage learning analytics and outcomes data to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, accessibility, and innovation, and who enjoys partnering with others to create meaningful and effective learning experiences that drive long-term program impact and student success.
What You Need to Know
Salary: $61,500 - $72,000/annually (Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience).
