Descrição do cargo: Estamos em busca de um Analista Financeiro para se juntar à nossa equipe. O profissional será responsável por analisar e planejar atividades financeiras da empresa, garantindo a saúde financeira e contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar e interpretar dados financeiros para tomada de decisões estratégicas.
  • Elaborar relatórios financeiros e apresentar resultados para a diretoria.
  • Acompanhar e controlar o fluxo de caixa, identificando oportunidades e riscos.
  • Participar do planejamento financeiro e orçamentário da empresa.
  • Realizar análises de mercado e concorrência para identificar tendências e oportunidades.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência prévia na área financeira, preferencialmente como Analista Financeiro.
  • Conhecimento em análise de demonstrativos financeiros e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de análise financeira e Excel avançado.
  • Capacidade analítica, proatividade e habilidades de comunicação.

Conhecimentos técnicos:

  • Excel avançado.
  • Power BI e elaboração de dashboards.
  • Sistemas ERP de gestão financeira.
  • Análise de DRE, fluxo de caixa e orçamento.
  • Indicadores financeiros: ROI, EBITDA, KPIs e margem de contribuição.
  • Planejamento financeiro e controle de custos.
  • Conhecimento de rotinas contábeis e tributárias
