Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Automobilbranche, als Autoersatzteileverkäufer/\-in, Automobilfachmann/\-frau, Mechatroniker/\-in oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Verkaufsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Gute PC, Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft Dynamics) und allgemeine ITKenntnisse
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung aus
  • Du kommunizierst offen, klar und konstruktiv
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lösungs\- und Teamorientiert
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und beherrschst Italienisch oder Französisch mindestens auf Niveau B1\.

Dein Job:

  • Kundenbedienung und \-beratung
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen
  • Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenbestellungen
  • Erledigung von administrativen Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit unserem breiten Sortiment
