Das bringst du mit: -------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Automobilbranche, idealerweise als Ersatzteilverkäufer/\-in oder als Detailhandelsfachfrau / Detailhandelsfachmann
  • Begeisterung, Wissen weiterzugeben sowie Affinität zum Unterrichten
  • Sehr gute Microsoft \-365\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit modernen ERP\-Tools, idealerweise auch von Microsoft
  • Hohe Affinität zur IT (ERP) und Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und ösisch zwingend erforderlich; Englischkenntnisse und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Deine Aufgabe: --------------

  • Schulungen: Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Online\- und Präsenzschulungen zu Prozessen und OE\-Teile\-Verkauf für Mitarbeitende
  • Schulungsunterlagen \& Lernvideos: Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsunterlagen und Lernvideos für verschiedene Tools und Anwendungen
  • Key\-User\-Aufgabe: Organisation und Durchführung Online\- als auch Präsenzschulungen und Workshops für Key\-User
  • Support: Ansprechpartner bei internen Fragen
  • Projekte: Mitwirken in diversen Projekten
