Ton profil: -----------

  • Formation achevée avec succès dans le secteur automobile, par exemple en tant que spécialiste du commerce de détail, vendeur/vendeuse de pièces détachées automobiles, spécialiste automobile, mécatronicien/mécatronicienne ou équivalent
  • Tu parles couramment le français et l’allemand.
  • Expérience dans la vente ou le traitement des ventes
  • Tu as idéalement une première expérience en supervision d’équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique (Microsoft Dynamics) et en bureautique, ainsi que des connaissances générales en informatique
  • Tu te distingues par un sens aigu du service à la clientèle.
  • Tu communiques de manière ouverte, claire et constructive.
  • capacité de prise d’initiative, orienté solution et ayant l’esprit d’équipe

Ton rôle: ----------

  • Accueil et conseil à la clientèle en français et en allemand
  • Traitement en autonomie des réclamations et retours
  • Traitement des commandes des clients par téléphone et par écrit
  • Réalisation des tâches administratives liées à notre large gamme de produits
  • Gestion de comptabilité client simple
  • Assurer le remplacement du Chelf de filiale en son absence
