The posting

Keep the business moving - and make IT smarter with AI If you like the idea that your work directly powers the company, you'll fit right in. Our 1,100+ endpoints (95% Mac), on-prem servers, and state-of-the-art network across 4 continents rely on IT to stay fast, secure, and future-ready. IT here isn't an afterthought — it's a front-row seat. You'll get room to explore automation, AI-enabled workflows, SaaS tools, new hardware, and whatever's next. The IT Operations team is part of our larger Security team, so you'll work closely with security-minded people and help build systems that are secure by design — while learning a ton along the way. And if you're thinking long-term, we offer ample career opportunities. Whether you want to grow deeper into IT Ops, Security Engineering, Cloud, Automation, Networking, or Architecture, there's space to develop and move. What You'll Do Automate everything. Spot repetitive work and turn it into automation + AI-driven workflows that make support and operations faster and smoother. Keep our infrastructure healthy. Configure, monitor, and maintain systems to ensure they remain secure, stable, and scalable. Own reliable connectivity. Help keep our global offices connected with dependable LAN/WiFi/VPN and site-to-site networking. Manage endpoints at scale. Use MDM to deploy software, enforce configurations, and keep devices compliant across global offices. Set people up for day one. Support onboarding by preparing equipment, access, and, when needed, training so new hires can hit the ground running. Support people locally and globally. Provide hands-on IT support for colleagues in the Asuncion office while also helping Deriv teams around the world with day-to-day technical issues, onboarding, access, devices, connectivity, and troubleshooting. Collaborate globally. Work with your team, other departments, and vendors to solve day-to-day technical issues across time zones. Who You Are Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network/internet issues Experience with network appliances such as FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points, and switches, or similar tools such as Cisco or pfSense Good working knowledge of macOS or Linux and their security features Ability to build and maintain automation, such as scripts, workflows, or integrations, and comfort using AI tools to speed up operations and troubleshooting Able to communicate in English for day-to-day work with international colleagues; fluency is not required, but willingness to improve is important Pleasant, resourceful personality with the ability to work across cultures and time zones Bonus • Coding/automation experience — especially Python, Ansible, shell scripting, bash/zsh, or similar tools that help you turn "do it again" into "done forever" Tech and Tools MDM for software deployment, configuration enforcement, and device compliance FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points and switches, or similar tools such as Cisco or pfSense SaaS tools and hardware/software vendor platforms The Honest Reality This role sits at the intersection of IT and Security — which means the bar is high. You'll be expected to keep things running while also making them better. The work can be reactive, but the expectation is that you'll use that experience to build systems that reduce the noise over time. There's real room to grow here — into Security Engineering, Cloud, Automation, Networking, or Architecture. But that growth comes from doing the work first.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
