The posting

· Je vertaalt de noden van onze B2B-klanten naar een op maat gemaakte offerte.

· Daarbij ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor allerhande vragen van zowel B2B-klanten als van de verkoopdirectie.

· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en opvolging van de daaruit voortvloeiende administratieve documenten.

· Je voert klantenbestellingen in en volgt de volledige flow op en informeert de klant en de interne organisatie waar nodig.

· Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratie en beheert de klantengegevens, verkooporders én stalenaanvragen in het ERP-systeem (SAP).

· Je bent pas afgestudeerd of hebt al een eerste werkervaring.

· Je bent een positief ingestelde teamspeler met gevoel voor commercialiteit.

· Je bent communicatief sterk en bovendien heb je ook de nodige administratieve vaardigheden om de orders op een correcte wijze te verwerken.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent resultaatgericht. Je haalt voldoening uit het binnenhalen van een nieuwe order.

· Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

· Je bent polyvalent, loyaal, flexibel en kan zelfstandig werken.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van de courante MS-Office applicaties (zoals Excel), kennis van SAP is een troef.
