Você é uma pessoa que gosta de cuidar de pessoas, construir relacionamentos e também se sente motivada por resultados? Estamos buscando profissionais para integrar a equipe de uma clínica de dermatologia estética e cirurgia plástica de alto padrão na região do Belvedere, em Belo Horizonte.

Procuramos alguém capaz de proporcionar uma excelente experiência ao paciente durante toda a sua jornada, desde o primeiro acolhimento até o acompanhamento após a consulta e a condução das oportunidades de tratamento.

Atividades

Recepcionar e acolher pacientes presencialmente e pelos canais digitais;

Orientar e acompanhar o paciente durante sua experiência na clínica;

Apoiar a organização de agendas e fluxos de atendimento;

Receber pacientes após consultas e procedimentos;

Apresentar tratamentos, serviços, propostas e orçamentos;

Realizar negociações e fechamentos;

Fazer follow-up de pacientes e oportunidades;

Trabalhar objeções de maneira consultiva;

Acompanhar oportunidades até a tomada de decisão;

Manter cadastros e informações atualizados;

Contribuir ativamente para as metas e indicadores da área.

Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou vendas;

Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;

Simpatia, empatia e facilidade para construir relacionamento;

Perfil comercial e orientação para resultados;

Habilidade de negociação e persuasão;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;

Maturidade profissional e inteligência emocional;

Facilidade para receber feedbacks e trabalhar em equipe;

Postura ética, discreta e profissional.

Será um diferencial ter experiência com clínicas, estética, saúde, mercado premium, vendas consultivas ou atendimento de alto padrão.
