Overview of the Role
DFC is currently recruiting for our 2027 Summer Placement positions.

DFC prides itself on the continuing investment, training, and development of our team. Throughout your placement, you will receive guidance and support to help develop your understanding of fire safety engineering.
DFC believes that inclusive and diverse teams make better decisions. DFC proactively strives to maintain a team of individuals who bring new perspectives and backgrounds whilst empowering individuals and recognising talents.

- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- The willingness to learn, develop, and respond positively to feedback.
- The ability to adapt, multitask, and take pride in one’s work.
- The ability to converse technically in English with precision and clarity.

- Competitive pro rata salary plus relevant expenses.
- Individual IT package including a company laptop for use during the placement.
- Social events and team CPD (Continuing Professional Development) offerings.
Summer placements typically last for six weeks. However, slight increases to this duration may be considered on request.
