  • Collaborate with Design, Development, Production, and Sales teams throughout the product creation process.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas development partners, including leather and fabric teams.
  • Manage development specifications and support product execution from concept through commercialization.

  • Evaluate product execution and recommend design refinements as needed.
  • Update technical packages and specifications to reflect approved changes and modifications.
  • Help ensure final products maintain the intended design vision while meeting functional and commercial requirements.

Project Management & Seasonal Execution

  • Share ideas, insights, and feedback to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions to support efficient decision-making and product development.
  • Coach and support one or two Assistant Designers, when applicable, helping them grow their technical and creative capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
