  • Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to understand seasonal priorities and consumer trends, ensuring marketing strategies support broader business objectives.
  • Align strategic initiatives, CRM activities, and channel considerations into cohesive marketing plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance, market activity, and competitive trends to inform future recommendations.
  • Document seasonal performance insights and hindsight findings, translating learnings into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, build, and execute integrated seasonal marketing campaigns, messaging strategies, and activations grounded in customer insights and business priorities.
  • Create and launch strategic campaign and seasonal activity briefs that guide execution across teams.
  • Help develop key business initiatives and special projects that support broader organizational goals.
  • Identify emerging trends, uncover compelling customer insights, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the marketing team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with Creative teams to develop campaign concepts, including positioning, voice, visual identity, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with channel owners and marketing partners to ensure strategies are consistently and effectively executed across all customer touchpoints.
  • Communicate seasonal strategies to marketing teams and key stakeholders through engaging presentations and clear storytelling, helping bring campaigns to life and align teams around shared goals.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
