The posting

Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our specialist medical clinic. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, organised and able to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment while providing excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register patients and manage front desk operations.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
  • Dispense medications accurately in accordance with clinic procedures.
  • Perform stock taking and monitor medication and medical supplies inventory.
  • Provide financial counselling and explain fees to patients.
  • Assist with insurance forms, claims documentation and pre-authorisation matters.
  • Handle payments, maintain accurate patient records and perform general administrative duties.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organised and operates smoothly.

Requirements

  • GCE O-Level qualification or above.
  • Prior experience working in a medical clinic is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Meticulous, organised, honest and responsible, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, work independently and function well in a team.
  • Patient-focused, punctual and committed to maintaining high service standards.
  • Only Singaporeans, SPR

Clinic Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • Saturday: 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
