🎯 Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no setor de Relacionamento com o Cliente, uma área estratégica dentro da Desonera.

Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar o cliente durante o período do contrato, sendo responsável por uma comunicação clara entre a empresa e o cliente, realizar no repasse de informações e solicitação de documentos com segurança técnica e empatia.

É necessário ter um perfil organizado, analítico e com boa comunicação.

📝 Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como canal de comunicação entre a Desonera e o cliente durante toda a jornada;
  • Prestar atendimento ativo via WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail;
  • Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, sendo responsável por: Atualizações periódicas (mensais ou conforme o caso); Explicar e solicitar documentos, guias, taxas e eventuais necessidades. Esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre o andamento dos processos; Realizar reuniões com clientes.
  • Garantir que o cliente se sinta acolhido, seguro e bem informado durante todo o processo.

  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de traduzir informações técnicas para uma linguagem acessível;
  • Perfil resolutivo, organizado e proativo;

🎓 Requisitos

  • Formação em Direito (bacharel ou advogado);
  • Experiência prévia em pós-venda, jurídico, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.
