Your tasks & responsibilities?

  • You ensure the accurate and timely creation and delivery of customer invoices;
  • You ensure invoicing processes comply with local regulations and electronic invoicing requirements;
  • You prepare credit notes and corrective invoices whenever required;
  • You process, validate and accurately record incoming supplier invoices;
  • You reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices, ensuring discrepancies are resolved efficiently;
  • You coordinate and process approved supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
  • You monitor outstanding customer balances and proactively follow up on overdue payments;
  • You support month-end closing activities by preparing and maintaining accurate financial records;
  • You act as back-up for the purchasing manager when necessary.

Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent experience is equally valued;
  • You have previous experience in an administrative, finance support, invoicing, or accounting-related role;
  • You are comfortable working with ERP systems and have a strong command of Microsoft Excel;
  • You are highly organized, accurate, and pay close attention to detail;
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured way of working;
  • You are a proactive problem solver who takes ownership and enjoys improving administrative processes;
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different departments and building strong working relationships;
  • You adapt easily to new technologies and changing processes;
  • You are resilient and remain calm when priorities shift or deadlines become challenging;
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English and can communicate confidently in French;
  • Previous experience supporting month-end closing activities is a plus;
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
