Buscamos Consultores de Loja para atender os clientes da Decolar em nossas lojas de shopping nas cidades fora de São Paulo. Nesta posição, você será o rosto da Decolar para o cliente que chega à loja — mas também atenderá por telefone e WhatsApp, além de trabalhar com mailing. Entende o que o cliente procura, monta o pacote de viagem ideal e conduz a venda com técnica, relacionamento e atendimento de ponta a ponta — desde o primeiro contato até o pós-venda.

Que desafios esperam por você? ✨🚀

  • Atendimento multicanal: realizar atendimento aos clientes pessoalmente (em loja), por telefone e WhatsApp, informando sobre os produtos da Decolar — aéreo, passeios, seguro viagem, traslado, hotéis e muito mais. Inclui também trabalho com mailing ativo para prospecção e relacionamento.
  • Diagnóstico de necessidades: identificar as especificações e desejos de cada cliente e sugerir pacotes de viagem sob medida, combinando os produtos certos para o perfil e o orçamento.
  • Venda consultiva e promoção: aplicar técnicas de promoção e preparar materiais promocionais para vender fretes de pacotes turísticos — tanto nacionais quanto internacionais.
  • Fidelização e pós-venda: acompanhar o cliente no pós-venda, tirar dúvidas, dar suporte em outras necessidades e manter o relacionamento ativo para gerar recompra e indicação.

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas — presencial ou televendas. Se você não tem formação em Turismo, essa experiência é essencial.
  • Facilidade com sistemas e pacote Office — você usará sistemas internos e ferramentas de produtividade no dia a dia da loja.
  • Formação em Turismo — é o melhor cenário para a vaga. Se você tem, ótimo! Se não, precisamos da experiência em vendas consultivas.
