OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

  • Es referente de garantizar disponibilidad y competitividad tarifaria vs competidores, de los principales partners turísticos de la región (Hoteles, rentadoras o proveedores de servicios en destino). Adicionalmente brindará soporte tanto a los partners como al equipo comercial en la ejecución de tareas operativas vinculadas a la gestión.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Responsable del seguimiento de competitividad tarifaria y disponibilidad de la cartera asignada.
  • Responsable del análisis de oportunidades de mejora y asesoramiento a los partners para implementar soluciones.
  • Llevará adelante la gestión de tareas operativas y contribuir de esta manera a la excelencia en la relación comercial con nuestros principales socios.

PRINCIPALES TAREAS

  • Realizar diariamente el monitoreo y gestión de pricing y disponibilidad vs los sitios de los principales competidores con el fin de analizar, entender y documentar el origen/motivo detrás de las incidencias registradas.;
  • Contactar a los proveedores que presenten dificultades en la gestión de pricing y/o disponibilidad para revertir la situación; (Comunicación remota (telefónica/correo) proactiva con hoteles para seguimiento comercial)
  • Implementar acciones comerciales en destinos de alta demanda o temporada según proyectos: conseguir promociones, mejorar contenido comercial, etc;
  • Análisis continuo de performance, detección de oportunidades de negocio y asesoramiento comercial a hoteles a través de reportes que otorguen visibilidad de performance de la cartera y del destino;
  • Brindar soporte a consultas, tareas operativas o requerimientos ad-hoc relacionados a la gestión de proveedores, sin tomar decisiones comerciales;
  • Identificar, a través de reportes de seguimiento, necesidades de ajustes o mejora en el contenido de la landpage de hoteles en cartera
  • Capacitar en el uso de herramientas de Despegar y dar soporte a consultas.
  • Será punto focal (reactivo) y referente de contacto para las posiciones administrativas del hotel (agente de reservas).

REQUISITOS

  • Estudios requeridos: Estudiantes (próximos a recibirse, preferentemente) de las carreras Administración, Economía, Marketing y afines.
  • Atención al Cliente y/o gestión operativa
  • Conocimientos de Excel y Power Point (excluyente)
  • Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales efectivas, habilidades de presentación y negociación
  • Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
  • Habilidades organizativas, capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a entornos cambiantes
  • Buenas habilidades comunicacionales orales y escritas
  • Persistente y con búsqueda de logro de objetivos
