¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Ser dueño/a de todas las comunicaciones CRM (email, push, WhatsApp) del país que te toque.
  • Trabajar con stakeholders senior (brand managers, comercial managers, equipos de producto) para definir qué comunicar, a quién y cuándo.
  • Cruzar y analizar datos: SQL, queries, dashboards. bajar info, la cruzás, sacás insights y los traducís en acciones concretas.
  • Iterar con A/B testing: ¿Funciona mejor un emoji o no? ¿La audiencia está bien segmentada? ¿El copy es muy largo? Experimentás, medís, aprendés.
  • Presentar resultados con criterio: no copy-paste de números. Si un test salió bien, explicás por qué. Si salió mal, proponés qué cambiar.
  • Proponer y defender: No sos un order-taker. Si una campaña no tiene sentido, lo decís. Si una audiencia está mal, la cuestionás.
  • Balance estratégico + operativo: Hay que mandar comunicaciones todos los días, pero también pensar en cómo mejorarlas continuamente.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Manejo sólido de datos: SQL, queries, cruce de información. Esto es clave. No hace falta ser un data engineer, pero sí tener fluidez para bajar, analizar y sacar conclusiones.
  • Experiencia en CRM, lifecycle marketing o comunicaciones digitales: Ya trabajaste gestionando campañas, segmentando audiencias y midiendo performance.
  • Perfil decisor e independiente: No esperás que te digan qué hacer. Tomás decisiones, las justificás con data y las defendés.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva: Trabajás con managers y sr. managers todo el tiempo. Sabés cómo comunicar ideas, resultados y pushback cuando hace falta.
  • No le tenés miedo a lo operativo: Acá hay ejecución diaria.
  • Experiencia con Insider, Braze, Iterable o plataformas similares.
  • Background en travel, e-commerce, fintech o marketplaces.
  • Formación: Ingeniería, Economía, Administración (buscamos perfiles con pensamiento analítico fuerte). También valoramos Marketing/Comunicación si tenés especialización en data-driven marketing.
