Principais responsabilidades

  • Criar, revisar e atualizar os materiais de treinamento da área;
  • Aplicar treinamentos presenciais e virtuais;
  • Conduzir e acompanhar os participantes durante toda a rota de capacitação;
  • Estruturar treinamentos híbridos, combinando conteúdos virtualizados, atividades práticas e acompanhamento do treinador;
  • Desenvolver apresentações, pílulas de conhecimento, quizzes, vídeos, e-learnings e materiais de apoio;
  • Criar roteiros, gravar e editar vídeos de treinamento;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para criação de vídeos, avatares e conteúdos educacionais;
  • Aplicar avaliações de conhecimento e acompanhar os resultados dos participantes;
  • Realizar reforços e reciclagens quando necessário;
  • Apoiar treinamentos relacionados a novos processos, ferramentas e atualizações da área;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com Qualidade, Processos e Operação para identificar necessidades de capacitação.

Requisitos

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade para conduzir treinamentos e falar em público;
  • Habilidade para criação de materiais didáticos e apresentações;
  • Conhecimento em Google Slides, Canva ou ferramentas similares;
  • Conhecimento em criação e edição de vídeos;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial;
  • Organização, criatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Senso de responsabilidade e orientação a dados de aprendizagem;
  • Facilidade para adaptar a linguagem conforme o público e canal (presencial ou online);
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em nossas BPOs (Taboão da Serra/SP e/ou República/SP).

Diferenciais

  • Formação ou conhecimento em Direito;
  • Experiência com educação corporativa;
  • Conhecimento em criação de conteúdos virtualizados ou e-learning;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de IA para criação de vídeos e avatares;
  • Espanhol intermediário.
