Joining their team as a Field Execution Manager means you will improve the sales team capabilities and drive execution excellence on a national level.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Develop and drive the national product positioning strategy, adapting execution standards based on outlet size, location, and channel category;
  • Define clear display and visibility guidelines for new clients to ensure strong brand presence;
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts and monitor partner compliance regarding agreed shelf space and visibility commitments;
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team, providing them with training in corporate merchandising standards;
  • Conduct regular field visits to audit and ensure high-quality execution across partner outlets;
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to propose layout improvements and maximize product visibility.

  • At least 5 years of experience in field execution management or a closely related role;
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of driving sales teams to targets;
  • Ability to travel frequently on a national level;
  • Strategic mindset and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and business reviews;
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English.
