Основни отговорности:

  • Консултиране на клиенти на място в банковия клон относно продукти и услуги;
  • Предлагане на персонализирани решения според нуждите на клиентите;
  • Извършване на ежедневни банкови операции;
  • Изграждане и поддържане дългосрочни взаимоотношения с клиентите;
  • Поддържане високо ниво на обслужване и участие в постигането на индивидуални и екипни цели;
  • Анализ на пазара и прилагане на добри практики в продажбите.

Изисквания:

  • Опит в директни продажби или обслужване на клиенти (банки, финансови институции, търговски вериги);
  • Отлични комуникационни умения и умения за убеждаване;
  • Устременост към постигане на месечни цели и ориентация към резултати;
  • Работа в екип и адаптивност към динамична среда;
  • Средно или висше образование;
  • Компютърна грамотност (MS Office);
  • Английски език е предимство, но не е задължителен.
