This is a role for someone who knows FMCG not only from reports and data, but from the real day-to-day work in the field. Someone who understands the challenges sales representatives face, knows what good execution looks like, and can turn experience into practical guidance, coaching and support.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Coach and mentor field sales teams, providing practical guidance and support in their day-to-day work;
  • Spend time in the field, observe processes and identify where teams need support or improvement;
  • Help sales representatives understand and apply company standards, processes and best practices;
  • Support the onboarding and development of new team members and follow their progress;
  • Analyze sales and field performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations;
  • Identify challenges and irregularities in execution and proactively work on solutions together with the teams;
  • Work closely with field teams through regular market visits, using direct observations to support better execution and performance;

Desired skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Field Sales, Sales Trainer or a similar role;
  • Solid hands-on experience in field sales and a good understanding of FMCG sales processes and market dynamics;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural approach to working with and supporting sales teams;
  • Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, training or developing salespeople is a strong advantage;
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying challenges and taking action;
  • Confidence in giving constructive feedback and helping others improve their performance.
