Ролята

Като Senior Recruitment Consultant, ти ще имаш водеща роля в нашия екип, работейки по разнообразни проекти за подбор на персонал за клиенти от различни индустрии. Ще бъдеш доверен партньор както за клиентите, така и за кандидатите, като осигуряваш високо ниво на професионализъм и консултиране във всяка стъпка от процеса.

Твоите основни отговорности ще включват:

  • Управление на пълния процес по подбор от идентифициране на потребностите на клиента до успешното затваряне на позицията.
  • Изграждане и поддържане на дългосрочни взаимоотношения с клиенти и кандидати.
  • Разработване и изпълнение на стратегии за търсене на таланти (headhunting, нетуъркинг, дигитални канали).
  • Менторство и подкрепа на по-млади консултанти в екипа.
  • Анализ на пазара и консултиране на клиенти относно тенденции и най-добри практики.

Какво очакваме от теб

  • Минимум 4 години опит в подбор на персонал, като поне 2 от тях са в консултантска или агенционна среда.
  • Отлични комуникационни и презентационни умения.
  • Способност за изграждане на доверие и дългосрочни партньорства.
  • Проактивност, стратегическо мислене и ориентация към резултати.
  • Много добро владеене на английски език.
