About the Opportunity

Do you love researching destinations, comparing vacation options, and helping people turn their travel ideas into actual plans?

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Vacation Planning Specialists to assist clients with creating personalized vacation experiences. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with flexibility to manage your schedule while developing skills in the travel industry.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, and budget
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
  • Compare available travel options and supplier offerings
  • Create personalized vacation recommendations
  • Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
  • Prepare organized itineraries and important travel information
  • Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
  • Provide support before, during, and after travel
  • Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable researching information online
  • Ability to learn new technology and reservation platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Genuine interest in travel and helping others

Previous travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing professional development are available.
