01 Om Detab Detab Ecomat utvecklar och bygger standardmaskiner och kundanpassade automationslösningar för industrin. 02 Din roll Som Ekonomi & Verksamhetskoordinator blir du navet i vår administrativa verksamhet. Du ansvarar för den löpande ekonomin och arbetar nära VD, projektledare och övriga organisationen med rapportering, analyser och utveckling av våra arbetssätt. Arbetsuppgifter 01 Löpande redovisning, kund- och leverantörsreskontra. 02 Momsrapportering och koncernrapportering. 03 Projektuppföljning och ekonomiska sammanställningar. 04 Inköpssupport och administrativt stöd till projekt. 05 Ta fram statistik, prognoser och beslutsunderlag till VD. 06 Delta i utvecklingen av företagets ISO-ledningssystem. 07 Följa upp hållbarhetsmål och hållbarhetsrapportering.

03 Vi söker dig som ◆ Har minst 2–5 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom redovisning eller ekonomiarbete. ◆ Har erfarenhet av löpande redovisning, bokslutsförberedelser och rapportering. ◆ Är självgående och van att ta egna initiativ. ◆ Är flexibel och trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter. ◆ Är strukturerad och har god prioriteringsförmåga. ◆ Är kommunikativ, samarbetsvillig och prestigelös. ◆ Vill utvecklas tillsammans med verksamheten. Meriterande: Koncernrapportering · Monitor · Hållbarhetsrapportering.
