De praktijk staat in het centrum van het groene Epe en heeft een dorpse, gelijkwaardige sfeer waar iedereen elkaar kent. Het is een moderne praktijk met veel licht en een goede werksfeer, niet autoritair, maar een team dat op één lijn staat en elkaar aanspreekt als gelijken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als tandarts-implantoloog ben je een gedifferentieerde tandarts: je hebt je naast de reguliere tandheelkunde extra bekwaamd in de implantologie en fungeert binnen de praktijk als medisch regisseur voor dit deelgebied. Jij:

  • Voert implantologische behandelingen uit, waaronder het plaatsen van implantaten, botopbouw en sinusliftprocedures
  • Verricht kleine chirurgische behandelingen en extracties
  • Vervaardigt en plaatst desgewenst suprastructuren
  • Stelt diagnoses en behandelplannen op, gebaseerd op een brede medische context
  • Adviseert patiënten over implantologische procedures en nazorg
  • Coördineert de zorgverlening rond implantologie en werkt nauw samen met de overige tandartsen en specialisten in de praktijk; voor kaakchirurgie en orthodontie wordt doorverwezen
  • Draagt bij aan hoge patiënttevredenheid en zorgkwaliteit, en houdt vakkennis actueel via nascholing en intervisie

Over Tandartsenpraktijk Epe

Onze moderne, lichte praktijk staat in het centrum van Epe en is circa 5 jaar geleden nieuw gebouwd. Het team bestaat uit 5 tandartsen, een tandtechnicus, mondhygiënisten, preventie- en behandelassistenten en de balie, in totaal zo'n 18 collega's. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt een spilfunctie binnen het behandelteam; behandelkeuzes op jouw vakgebied liggen bij jou.

We voeren alle voorkomende tandheelkundige behandelingen zelf uit en verwijzen alleen door voor kaakchirurgie en orthodontie. Je werkt met een OPG, microscoop en CEREC PrimeMill met scanner, en je behandelkamer is uitgerust met een unit, instrumentenkast en röntgenapparatuur.

De agenda die je overneemt bestaat uit implantologie en aanverwante werkzaamheden, is goed gesaneerd, en behandeltijden stem je in overleg af. De patiëntenpopulatie is dorps en divers, met momenteel een patiëntenstop voor een gezonde instroom.

Er is volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen richting endodontie of chirurgie, en voor klinische vragen kun je altijd bij collega's terecht. Het team is nuchter en hecht, ondanks een aantal roerige jaren staat het er nog steeds, als een plek waar mensen graag blijven omdat ze gezien worden voor wie ze zijn. We zijn aangesloten bij Oral Care Nederland, een landelijk netwerk van mondzorgpraktijken dat lokale eigenheid combineert met meer dan 35 jaar internationale tandheelkundige expertise.
