Jij zorgt dat teams floreren én presteren. Als Operations Manager bij Oral Care Nederland stuur je 15 praktijkteams/labs aan op resultaat, samenwerking en groei, niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar middenin de praktijk. Je bent geen projectmanager die afvinkt, maar een coachende leider die verbindt, luistert en richting geeft. Je voelt goed aan wat er speelt in een team en weet mensen in beweging te brengen. Samen met praktijkleiders spoor je verbeterkansen op, in agendaplanning, patiëntstromen, declaraties, teamontwikkeling, en zorgt dat ze ook echt landen. Niet alleen op basis van KPI's en praktijksignalen, maar ook door goed te luisteren naar wat teams nodig hebben. Het resultaat: hogere zorgkwaliteit, meer betrokken teams, tevreden patiënten. Gezonde cijfers volgen vanzelf.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Initiëren en borgen van verbetertrajecten
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van praktijkleiders
  • Bouwen aan vertrouwen en open communicatie binnen en tussen teams
  • Verbinden van praktijken met HR, medische zaken en operations
  • Sturen op medische, HR-, operationele en financiële KPI’s
  • Versterken van samenwerking binnen en tussen regio’s

Over Oral Care

Oral Care is een vooraanstaande tandheelkundige groep met 46 praktijken en 14 laboratoria in Nederland, onderdeel van een internationale organisatie die ook actief is in Zweden, Denemarken en Noorwegen. Met ruim 275 tandartsen en mondhygiënisten en 600 assistenten behandelen we jaarlijks 250.000 patiënten en voeren we meer dan 500.000 behandelingen uit.   • WO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in leidinggevende rol
  • Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden: je verbindt makkelijk, luistert oprecht en weet vertrouwen te winnen bij uiteenlopende teams en persoonlijkheden
  • Ervaring in decentrale organisaties of teams in de zorg
  • Ervaring met team-, proces- en leiderschapsontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring en affiniteit met de zorg- of dienstverlenende sector, inclusief kennis van behandelmix, taakdelegatie, planning & roostering, patiëntreis en EPD/PMS.
