Je wilt richting geven aan zorg, team en praktijk zonder vast te lopen in HR-uitdagingen en financiën. Leiderschap over de zorginhoud. Bij onze moderne praktijk in Dordrecht heb je echte inhoudelijke regie met de zekerheid van het netwerk van Oral Care Nederland.

Onze praktijk is een bruisende, collegiale omgeving met een breed patiëntenaanbod van kinderen en gezinnen tot ouderen met complexere zorgbehoeften. Met specialisaties als implantologie en endodontologie bieden we hoogwaardige, veelzijdige mondzorg.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Praktijkleider Tandarts ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de klinische kwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid en het behandelbeleid. Je combineert patiëntenzorg (20–25 patiënten per dag) met strategisch leiderschap en werkt nauw samen met het managementteam. Jij:

• Combineert klinisch werk met inhoudelijk leiderschap in een team van 7 tandartsen en 33 collega’s

• Bent eindverantwoordelijk voor klinische kwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid en behandelbeleid

• Geeft richting aan zorgkwaliteit, samenwerking en teamontwikkeling

• Bewaakt klinische richtlijnen en kwaliteitsstandaarden in de praktijk

• Werkt samen met het netwerk aan kwaliteitsontwikkeling en kennisdeling

• Stuurt op optimaal gebruik van de brede expertise en specialisaties binnen de praktijk

• Implementeert verbeterprocessen en draagt bij aan stabiliteit in kwaliteit en teamcultuur

• Fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor behandelinhoudelijke vraagstukken (naast praktijkmanager en floormanager)

Over Mondzorg Dordrecht

Onze moderne praktijk beschikt over zeven behandelkamers en vrijwel alle disciplines binnen de tandheelkunde. We bieden onder meer implantologie, pedodontologie, alignerbehandelingen, kroon- en brugwerk en endodontologie. Door deze multidisciplinaire setting is er altijd ruimte om te sparren, samen te werken en je verder te ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus en leergierig team dat voortdurend bezig is met verbeteren. De patiëntengroep is divers en vraagt om aandacht en kwaliteit: van gezinnen en veel kinderen tot ouderen, angstige patiënten en doelgroepen met een grotere zorgbehoefte. Dat maakt het werk inhoudelijk uitdagend en leerzaam.

De sfeer in de praktijk is hecht en betrokken. We lunchen regelmatig samen. De locatie is bovendien uitstekend bereikbaar: het station ligt op drie minuten lopen. Parkeren kan beperkt en de kosten zijn voor eigen rekening.

Onze praktijk is aangesloten bij Oral Care Nederland, een landelijk netwerk van mondzorgpraktijken dat lokale eigenheid combineert met meer dan 35 jaar internationale tandheelkundige expertise.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • WO opleiding tandheelkunde en geldige BIG-registratie
  • Minimaal 5–8 jaar werkervaring als tandarts
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende of coachende ervaring
  • Verbindend leiderschap en coachend vermogen
  • Ervaring met of affiniteit voor kwaliteitsmanagement en beleid
