Tandheelkundig Centrum Amersfoort Vathorst zoekt een gedreven collega die staat voor kwaliteit en multidisciplinaire samenwerking.

Wat ga je doen?

In onze praktijk werk je zelfstandig binnen een stimulerende omgeving. Jouw takenpakket is uitgebreid:

  • Je stelt diagnoses en behandelplannen op, waarbij je profiteert van de korte lijnen met onze inhouse specialisten;
  • Je maakt gebruik van moderne technologieën voor hoogwaardige preventieve en curatieve behandelingen;
  • Je bent het vertrouwde gezicht voor een diverse patiëntengroep en weet complexe zorgvragen helder en geruststellend over te brengen;
  • Je neemt actief deel aan intercollegiaal overleg en draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van onze zorgstandaarden;
  • Je deelt je kennis en begeleidt waar nodig junior teamleden in hun professionele ontwikkeling.

Over de praktijk

Bij ons in het hart van Vathorst draait alles om ambiance, uitstraling en gezelligheid en dat merk je meteen. We onderscheiden ons doordat we alle tandheelkundige disciplines onder één dak hebben: van kaakchirurgie en implantologie tot orthodontie met de onzichtbare beugel, logopedie, oro-faciale fysiotherapie en een eigen digitaal tandtechnisch laboratorium. Onze patiënten hoeven dus niet naar een externe partij voor specialistische zorg, maar blijven in hun vertrouwde omgeving. Met een team van 15 tandartsen, 9 mondhygiënisten en zo'n 35 collega's in ondersteunende en specialistische rollen werken we volledig digitaal, met zowel rechts- als linkshandige units en dagelijkse sterilisatiemedewerkers op de werkvloer. We zijn gevestigd middenin de bruisende groeiwijk Vathorst, waar we vooral veel jonge gezinnen zien, met onze grootste groep trouwe patiënten tussen de 40 en 60 jaar. Wat ons echt typeert: een open cultuur waarin medewerkers fouten durven toegeven, vragen durven stellen en gehoord worden, ongeacht functie of achtergrond. Collega's blijven hier graag werken vanwege de ruimte voor innovatie en ontwikkeling, een cultuur waarin je jezelf mag zijn, eerlijke beloning en het vertrouwen dat het management je geeft. De praktijk is uitstekend bereikbaar: gratis parkeren op een minuut loopafstand, een bushalte vlakbij, parkeergelegenheid voor fiets en scooter voor de deur, en op 7 minuten lopen van station Vathorst met winkels om de hoek. Onze praktijk is aangesloten bij Oral Care Nederland, een landelijk netwerk van mondzorgpraktijken dat lokale eigenheid combineert met meer dan 35 jaar internationale tandheelkundige expertise.

Wat wij vragen

  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerd tandarts met minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. Je kunt patiënten overtuigen en meenemen in hun behandeltraject zonder onnodig vakjargon;
  • Je vindt het inspirerend om in een groot, multidisciplinair team te werken en staat open voor overleg met andere zorgdisciplines;
  • Je bent gedreven om jezelf en de praktijk naar een hoger plan te tillen.

Wat wij bieden

  • Dankzij ons shiftsysteem (07:00–14:00 uur of 14:00–21:00 uur) en evenals reguliere dagdiensten (07:45 – 17:30 uur), kun je jouw week flexibel indelen.
  • Minimaal 2 dagen per week, met de optie om ook op zaterdag te werken.
  • Werken in een team van 60 collega's met alle denkbare specialismen binnen handbereik.
  • Toegang tot de nieuwste technieken (digitale tandheelkunde) en volop ruimte voor nascholing.
