Wat ga je doen?

In onze praktijk werk je zelfstandig, ondersteund door ervaren collega's en assistenten. Je neemt een bestaande, goed gevulde en gesaneerde agenda over met een trouw patiëntenbestand. Jouw rol is veelzijdig en verantwoordelijk:

  • Je stelt diagnoses, maakt behandelplannen en voert alle voorkomende tandheelkundige behandelingen uit volgens de hoogste professionele standaarden;
  • Je coördineert de zorg rondom jouw patiënten en onderhoudt een nauwe samenwerking met mondhygiënisten, assistenten en collega-tandartsen, die op gelijke voet met elkaar samenwerken;
  • Je verleent zorg met oog voor kwaliteit, comfort en duurzame resultaten voor de patiënt;
  • Je neemt initiatief in het verbeteren van werkprocessen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en goed georganiseerde praktijkvoering;
  • Je neemt actief deel aan het maandelijkse intercollegiaal overleg om de kwaliteit binnen de praktijk continu te waarborgen, en kunt daarnaast altijd bij al je collega's terecht voor klinische vragen.

Over de praktijk

Onze moderne, lichte praktijk is gevestigd in het centrum van het groene Epe, goed bereikbaar met gratis parkeren en een bushalte vlakbij. We werken met eigentijdse technieken zoals de Cerec Primemill, een intraorale scanner en microscoop.

Ons team van 25 collega's, waaronder 5 tandartsen, een implantoloog, mondhygiënisten en assistentes biedt reguliere tandheelkunde, implantologie en mondhygiëne. De sfeer is dorps en gelijkwaardig: ons kent ons, met korte lijnen en een collegiaal team.

We zijn trots dat we, ondanks bewogen jaren, altijd zijn blijven staan als hecht team. Collega's blijven hier graag werken omdat ze gezien worden voor wie ze zijn, hard werken staat voorop, maar er is ook altijd ruimte voor gezelligheid.

Onze praktijk is aangesloten bij Oral Care Nederland, een landelijk netwerk van mondzorgpraktijken dat lokale eigenheid combineert met meer dan 35 jaar internationale tandheelkundige expertise.

Wat wij vragen

  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerd tandarts (WO Tandheelkunde);
  • Je bent beschikbaar op dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag, en de vrijdag is een absolute must. Op vrijdag werk je zelfstandig, zonder een collega-tandarts aanwezig, dus ervaring is hier een pré. We wijzen echter niemand bij voorbaat af;
  • Ervaring met implantologie is een grote pré;
  • Je bent een "mensenmens", gezellig in de omgang en een teamplayer die zich gelijkwaardig opstelt;
  • Ervaring met Exquise en Nextgen en werken met een scanner/microscoop is een grote pré;

Wat wij bieden:

  • Alle ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen of te specialiseren, bijvoorbeeld richting implantologie of endodontologie, in overleg is hier veel mogelijk;

  • Geen weekend- of spoeddiensten, gratis parkeren en werken op een prachtige, lichte locatie;
  • Een vaste assistent heeft onze prioriteit (al is dit niet altijd mogelijk); elke tandarts werkt met een assistente en er is meestal een omloop.
