Ezt jelenti a DEUFOL csapatában dolgozni.Világszerte 3 kontinensen, 12 ország 90 telephelyén, 2400 motivált munkatársunkkal, globális szereplők vagyunk az ellátási lánc megoldások és az ipari csomagolás területén.Jelenleg Debrecenben működő telephelyünkre keressük új kollégánkat Termelési Operátor (famegmunkáló) pozícióba.Az Ön feladatai- Fából és OSB lapokból készült ládák, rekeszek, speciális raklapok és speciális szerkezetek gyártása ipari termékek csomagolásához- Csomagolási alapanyagként használt fólia hegesztése- A fenti termékek gyártásához használt modern famegmunkáló gépek, berendezések, illetve kéziszerszámok rendeltetésszerű, magabiztos használata (lapszabász gép, fűrészgép, oszlopos fúrógép, gérvágó, szegbelövő, behajtó, kapcsozó)- Az előkészített komponensekből a leírások alapján a késztermékek összeállítása- A biztonságos munkavégzéshez kapcsolódó előírások betartása- Belső működési szabványaink és folyamataink betartása- A munkakörnyezet rendjének, tisztaságának fenntartásaElvárások- Fa és a faalapú anyagok feldolgozásával és kezelésével kapcsolatos tapasztalat- Faipari eszközök, kézi szerszámok magbiztos és biztonságos használatának képessége- Műszaki érzék/ismeret- Jó térlátás- Terhelhetőség- Körültekintő munkavégzés, rugalmasság- Kétműszakos beosztás vállalása (H-P 06:00-14:00, illetve 14:00-22:00 heti váltásban)- Csapatjátékos hozzáállás- Targoncavezetői vagy darukezelői jogosítvány előny, de nem feltétele a jelentkezésnek- Előny faipari szakképzettség vagy több éves tapasztalat ipari termékek előállításábanHogyan tudjuk inspirálni?- Megbízható, stabil, folyamatosan fejlődő munkáltató- Piacnak megfelelő alapbér- Negyedéves bónusz- Céges kedvezménykártya- 2 műszakos munkarend, Mt. szerinti pótlékok- Hosszú távú növekedési lehetőség egy piacvezető nemzetközi vállalatnál- A Ön tudása, kreativitása és személyisége révén felelős feladatokat végezhet csapatmunkában- Belső képzések és karrierépítés lehetősége Szeretné velünk túllépni a határokat és együtt alakítani a jövőt?
