Vaše odpovědnosti:• Vedení komplexního IT projektu pro iniciativy související se systémem Sirion a zajištění souladu s obchodními cíli• Řízení všech fází SDLC: shromažďování požadavků, návrh, testování a podpora po implementaci• Působení jako primární kontaktní osoba pro interní zákazníky a zainteresované strany a zajištění hladkého přijetí a optimalizace systému Sirion• Převod obchodních potřeb do funkčních a technických požadavků na vylepšení a integrace systému• Řízení iniciativ pro neustálé zlepšování s využitím schopností umělé inteligence společnosti Sirion k optimalizaci pracovních postupů a smluvních procesů• Dohled a sledování vztahů mezi dodavateli a společností Sirion• Zajištění souladu s interními rámci řízení a právními požadavky• Podpora a koordinace požadavků na audit• Příprava a správa projektové dokumentace, rozpočtů, časových harmonogramů a manažerského reportinguVáš profil:• Vysokoškolský titul v oboru IT, Business Administration nebo příbuzného oboru; nebo ekvivalentní odborná praxe• Předchozí zkušeností s řízením IT projektů s prokázaným realizováním složitých projektů• Silné analytické schopnosti a schopnosti řešení problémů; schopnost identifikovat a implementovat zlepšení procesů• Silná znalost metodologií SDLC (agile, waterfall nebo hybridní)• Vynikající dovednosti v oblasti řízení zainteresovaných stran a komunikace• Týmový hráč, sebemotivace, zaměření na výkon a cíle• Zkušenosti s nástroji pro řízení životního cyklu smluv; znalost Sirionu je velkou výhodou• Znalost MS Office a nástrojů pro projektové řízení (např. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)• Plynulá znalost angličtiny; němčina je výhodou• Preferované certifikace: PMP, PRINCE2 nebo Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
