Du kennst die Pflege von innen: Pflegedokumentation, Tourenplanung, Abrechnung mit den Kassen. Und du wünschst dir geregelte Arbeitszeiten, freie Wochenenden und einen Job, bei dem du trotzdem nah an der Pflege bleibst? Dann bring dein Fachwissen zu uns. Im DMRZ unterstützt du Pflegedienste bei der Arbeit mit unserer Pflegesoftware. Deine Kunden sind deine ehemaligen Kollegen, und du sprichst ihre Sprache.

  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Pflegedienste, die Fragen zu unserer Software haben, telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Du verstehst schnell, wo es hakt, weil du die Abläufe aus der Praxis kennst, und hilfst verständlich weiter
  • Du hältst Anfragen und Lösungen in unserem Ticketsystem fest
  • Knifflige technische Fälle gibst du an unsere Spezialisten weiter. Du bist nie allein
  • Du gibst Rückmeldungen aus der Praxis an unsere Produktentwicklung, damit unsere Software Pflegediensten wirklich hilft
  • Du hilfst mit, Anleitungen und FAQs so zu gestalten, sodass diese im Pflegealltag funktionieren

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege (z. B. Pflegefachkraft, Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im Pflegebereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Pflegesoftware, Dokumentation, Tourenplanung oder Abrechnung, egal ob als Anwender oder in der Pflegedienstleitung
  • Du bist sicher am PC und hast Spaß daran, Programme zu verstehen und anderen zu erklären
  • Du kommunizierst gern, bleibst auch in hektischen Momenten freundlich und gelassen (das kennst du aus der Pflege bestens)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Keine IT-Ausbildung nötig: Das Technische bringen wir dir in einer strukturierten Einarbeitung bei
