Vertrieb (m/w/d) — Premium-Dienstleistungen für Mediziner

Bonn — 60.000 bis 120.000 € — Inbound-Sales, keine Kaltakquise

Das Deutsche Promotionszentrum berät Mediziner und Zahnmediziner bei ihrer Promotion. Unsere Kunden sind Ärzte und Zahnärzte im DACH-Raum, die neben ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeit ihre Doktorarbeit fertigstellen wollen. Der durchschnittliche Auftragswert liegt bei über 30.000 € pro Kunde.

Wir suchen einen Vertriebsberater, der unsere Inbound-Leads in Kunden verwandelt. Keine Kaltakquise. Alle Interessenten kommen aus unseren Meta-Ads-Funnels und haben aktiv einen Beratungstermin gebucht. Deine Aufgabe ist es, in einem strukturierten 45- bis 90-minütigen Erstgespräch die Situation des Arztes zu verstehen, die Passung zu unserem Angebot zu prüfen und den Vertragsabschluss zu begleiten.

Das bieten wir konkret

4.000 € Fixgehalt. Ungedeckelte Provision, typische OTE bei Zielerreichung zwischen 90.000 und 130.000 € brutto. Top-Performer im Team liegen über 150.000 €.

Strukturierte Einarbeitung über 2 bis 4 Monate mit bezahltem Training, persönlichem Coaching und schrittweiser Verantwortungsübernahme. Du arbeitest ab Tag 1 mit echten Leads, aber unter Begleitung eines erfahrenen Closers.

Karrierepfad: Senior Vertriebsberater nach 12 bis 18 Monaten bei entsprechender Leistung, Teamleitung nach 24 bis 36 Monaten. Gehaltsentwicklung transparent und leistungsgebunden.

Arbeitsumfeld: Büro in zentraler Lage in Bonn, maximal 3 Personen pro Raum, Macbook-Ausstattung, Gleitzeit. Firmenwagen nach 12 Monaten.

Was du mitbringen solltest

Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Naturwissenschaften oder Medizin. Die Fachrichtung ist weniger wichtig als die analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in klare Gespräche zu übersetzen.

Erste Vertriebserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Wir bilden Quereinsteiger mit der richtigen Einstellung konsequent aus. Entscheidender ist, dass du strukturiert, disziplinert und kommunikationsstark bist.

Klare, präzise Sprache. Unsere Kunden sind Akademiker mit hoher Erwartung an das Beratungsgespräch. Du musst auf Augenhöhe mit Oberärzten und Chefärzten sprechen können, ohne dich zu verstellen.

Ehrgeiz und Ergebnisorientierung. Unsere Top-Performer arbeiten 45 bis 50 Stunden pro Woche fokussiert, nicht 60 in Hektik. Wer nachhaltig liefern will, passt zu uns besser als wer nur kurz durchstarten und dann ausbrennen will.

Wir sind keine Coaching-Agentur und auch kein klassischer Mittelständler. Unsere Kunden sind Ärzte und Zahnärzte, die ein hochpreisiges, mehrmonatiges Dienstleistungsverhältnis mit uns eingehen. Das stellt andere Anforderungen an Vertrieb als Schnell-Abschluss-Geschäfte.
