New opportunities in Chile, Santiago!

🟢 Dev.Pro is a US-based software development company helping tech companies build their products and grow their business. We’re remote-first, and we work with independent contractors in over 55 countries, so you’d be collaborating in a multicultural environment on some really interesting projects.

We are seeking a Digital Content Operations Lead to own day-to-day content delivery operations for the digital experiences (App and Web) of a major global brand. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on content execution. You will act as the senior authoring expert, driving capacity planning, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement while executing complex content builds. Additionally, you will serve as the first escalation point for authoring issues and take an active role in mentoring and onboarding the authoring team to raise the overall quality bar.

🧩Key responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and author assignments across overlapping workstreams for a distributed team.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the primary operational liaison to Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Product, Engineering, and QA teams to meet strict deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Hands-On Execution: Build, update, and maintain customer-facing App/Web content in Contentful (or similar enterprise CMS) from approved Figma designs, assets, copy, and requirements. Take the lead on complex builds, new modules, and high-priority authoring work.
  • Mentorship & Escalation: Mentor and onboard Digital Content Authors, sharing best practices and providing hands-on guidance. Act as the first escalation point for authoring issues, troubleshooting complex platform problems and escalating engineering defects to the appropriate lead.
  • Quality & Governance: Own content execution standards. Serve as the primary peer reviewer, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and consistency. Validate authoring inputs for completeness and resolve gaps or blockers before execution.
  • Release Management: Lead release preparation, coordinate publishing and production validation, and resolve post-release issues. Support flexible release coverage and off-hours execution as business needs require.
  • Process Improvement: Translate new platform capabilities, content models, and integrations into executable authoring workflows, documentation, and training materials. Identify recurring inefficiencies to automate manual work and scale delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate Jira ticket updates, authoring status, and source-of-truth execution documentation for your own work and reviewed work.

🟩 Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on authoring experience in Contentful or a comparable enterprise headless CMS, including complex, component-based builds.
  • Proven background in digital content QA, capacity planning, and operational leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of content models, references, localization, publishing workflows, and translating Figma designs into production-ready content.
  • Experience mentoring or onboarding other authors, or acting as a team subject-matter expert.
  • Proficiency with Jira and structured release processes in an agile delivery environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-priority deadlines.
  • Must be able to work 100% on-site in Santiago, Chile.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
