  • Expertise in native Android development with Java and Kotlin
  • Strong knowledge of MVVM and modern Android architecture patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Android libraries and integrations
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, including build obfuscation and encryption
  • Experience with encryption frameworks and utilities like HTTPS, TLS, SHA-256, and Cipher Block Chaining
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions, guide and mentor developers, coordinate team activities, and support technical decision-making
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and support efficient team delivery
  • Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining engineering standards
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation, planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • High ownership, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset

Desirable:

  • Experience with third-party device integration (watches, payment terminals, etc.)
  • Understanding of client-server full-stack architecture
  • Understanding of Pub/Sub and Producer/Consumer messaging patterns

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll drive Android development, combining technical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications based on business needs and technical designs
  • Own feature development from requirements to delivery, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
  • Work with developers, architects, testers, and analysts on technical designs for feature groups

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
