Зараз шукаємо UAC Media Buyer, який здатний мислити стратегічно, працювати з великими бюджетами та формувати системні підходи до закупівлі UAC у ніші iGaming.

Що ми очікуємо:

Досвід та технічна експертиза

  • 2-3+ роки доведеного прибуткового досвіду управління Google UAC у ніші iGaming.
  • Досвід масштабування кампаній із місячними бюджетами від $50K.
  • Вміння будувати ефективні креативні тест-цикли: відео, банери, UAC-креативи, Play Assets.

Стратегічне бачення

  • Здатність формувати довгострокові прибуткові сетапи, а не разові “тести”.
  • Сильна навичка знаходити нові точки масштабування, працювати з нестандартними бандлами та різними типами акаунтів.
  • Робота з аналітикою.
  • Вміння впливати на флоу роботи разом із продуктовими командами.

Рівень автономності та впливу

  • Самостійне ухвалення рішень щодо гіпотез, оптимізації, масштабування, ризик-менеджменту.
  • Готовність вести напрямок UAC у межах проєкту, виступати драйвером розвитку компетенцій у команді.
  • Менторство для junior/middle баєрів (за потреби).
