Devoote AB är ett IT-konsultbolag som är specialiserat på mjukvaruutveckling och IT Management. Vi är ett snabbväxande bolag med cirka 45 konsulter och har kontor i centrala Malmö. På kontoret arbetar vi som ett nära och sammansvetsat team där alla bidrar över gränserna. I dag består det interna teamet av vår VD och två rekryterare. Eftersom en av våra rekryterare går vidare söker vi nu en ny kollega som vill vara med och fortsätta vår tillväxtresa. Våra konsulter är vanligtvis ute på uppdrag, men vi lägger stor vikt vid att bibehålla en nära dialog och en stark kultur. Varje månad arrangerar vi konsultevent, luncher och aktiviteter för att stärka teamkänslan. Vad kommer du att arbeta med? Arbetsdagarna är varierande, men dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att: • Söka och kontakta kandidater via LinkedIn och andra plattformar • Boka och genomföra möten och intervjuer • Matcha kandidater till uppdrag • Arbeta med employer branding och eventplanering. Det finns även utrymme för eget initiativtagande, att driva projekt och utveckla idéer som stärker vår verksamhet. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är i början av din karriär och har en relevant utbildning inom exempelvis HR, beteendevetenskap eller rekrytering. Du får gärna ha testat på rekrytering i någon form, men det är inte ett krav. Som person behöver du vara initiativtagande, social och bra på att samarbeta. Du trivs i en miljö där prioriteringar kan skifta snabbt och där arbetsuppgifterna kan variera från timme till timme. Flexibilitet och anpassningsförmåga är en viktig del av vardagen hos oss. Vi tror att du får energi av att möta människor och bygga relationer. Du tycker om att arbeta mot tydliga resultat och bidrar gärna med idéer som utvecklar vår verksamhet. Eftersom du är den första kontakten för våra kandidater lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Det är viktigt att du kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. En stor del av arbetet sker på engelska, vilket innebär att du behöver känna dig helt bekväm med att läsa, skriva och tala språket. Övrigt Vi tror på frihet under ansvar och värdesätter en hållbar balans mellan arbete och privatliv. För att ge dig de bästa förutsättningarna att komma in i rollen arbetar du inledningsvis från vårt kontor i Malmö. När du är varm i kläderna finns det möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån en dag i veckan. Hos oss får du dessutom: Flextid när verksamheten tillåter, med möjlighet att börja arbetsdagen mellan 07.30 och 08.30 samt avsluta den mellan 16.00 och 18.00. Friskvårdsbidrag på 4000 kr per år. Tjänstepension med 4,5 % pensionsavsättning. Stor frihet att planera och ta ansvar för ditt eget arbete.
