Description du poste

L'Architecte ServiceNow est responsable de la définition, de la conception et de l'évolution de l'architecture des solutions ServiceNow. Il accompagne les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles dans la mise en œuvre de solutions robustes, évolutives et sécurisées, en veillant à leur alignement avec les besoins métiers et la stratégie IT de l'entreprise.

Il intervient sur des projets de transformation digitale, d'implémentation et d'optimisation de la plateforme ServiceNow, tout en garantissant le respect des bonnes pratiques et des standards d'architecture.

Principales responsabilités

  • Définir et piloter l'architecture globale des solutions ServiceNow en fonction des besoins métiers et techniques.
  • Concevoir des solutions évolutives, performantes, sécurisées et adaptées aux enjeux des clients.
  • Définir les standards techniques, les bonnes pratiques et les principes d'architecture de la plateforme.
  • Accompagner les équipes de développement dans la conception et l'implémentation des solutions.
  • Garantir la cohérence des développements et la qualité des solutions déployées.
  • Participer aux phases de cadrage, d'analyse des besoins, de conception technique et de chiffrage.
  • Identifier les risques techniques et proposer des solutions d'optimisation.
  • Assurer une veille technologique sur les évolutions de la plateforme ServiceNow.

Compétences techniques requises

  • Solide expertise de la plateforme ServiceNow et de son architecture technique.
  • Maîtrise des modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps ou SPM selon les projets.
  • Maîtrise de JavaScript et des technologies de développement ServiceNow.
  • Expérience des intégrations via REST API, SOAP, IntegrationHub et MID Server.
  • Bonne connaissance des mécanismes de gestion des données, CMDB et CSDM.
  • Maîtrise des concepts de sécurité, gestion des accès et gouvernance de la plateforme.
  • Connaissance des pratiques de développement, de déploiement et de gestion des environnements ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d'information ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative sur la plateforme ServiceNow, idéalement entre 7 et 10 ans ou plus.
  • Expérience confirmée en architecture de solutions et pilotage technique de projets ServiceNow.
  • Certifications ServiceNow appréciées : CSA, CIS, CAD et CTA (Certified Technical Architect).
  • Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs métiers, techniques et décisionnaires.
  • Leadership technique, autonomie et excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication.
