Description du poste

Vous êtes le trait d’union entre la rigueur du delivery, la stratégie commerciale et la gestion financière. En tant que Business Unit Manager, vous pilotez un centre de profit complexe (environ 100 personnes) en alliant agilité stratégique et culture du résultat.

🎯 Vos Domaines d'Intervention

1. Pilotage Business & Stratégie Financière (P&L)

  • Responsabilité P&L : Gestion intégrale du compte de résultat (CA, Marges, ETP) avec un monitoring strict des KPIs (TACE, Attrition).
  • Ingénierie Budgétaire : Élaboration des budgets annuels et pilotage des reforecasts trimestriels pour sécuriser la croissance.
  • Sales Enablement : Soutien aux comptes stratégiques, soutenances et rendez-vous clients en appui du commerce. validation des offres complexes et sécurisation du carnet de commandes.

2. Excellence Opérationnelle & Process Ops

  • Optimisation du Staffing : Arbitrage stratégique du matching (besoins clients / TJM / trajectoires consultants) pour maximiser la rentabilité.
  • Amélioration Continue : Audit et optimisation des modèles de management internes pour soutenir la croissance .
  • Gouvernance : Déploiement de la méthodologie adéquate pour aligner les capacités techniques avec les objectifs stratégiques.

3. Leadership & People Ops

  • Management de Managers : Direction et montée en compétences d'un pool de Career Managers.
  • Stratégie de Rétention : Conception de parcours de carrière innovants et pilotage des campagnes de révisions salariales.
  • Recrutement : Validation finale des recrutements stratégiques et garant de la "barre" de recrutement.

Qualifications

🛠️ Votre Parcours (Critères Obligatoires)

  • Expérience ESN Impérative : Vous maîtrisez les codes, les cycles de vente et les leviers de rentabilité propres aux entreprises de services.
  • Parcours Complet : Vous avez idéalement occupé un poste de Consultant·e (maîtrise du delivery), puis de Commercial / Business Manager (maîtrise du P&L).
  • Leadership : Vous avez une expérience confirmée en management de managers.
  • Formation : Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (École de Commerce ou d'Ingénieur).
  • Linguistique : Maîtrise impérative du Français et de l'Anglais (niveau courant, capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international).
  • Soft Skills : Vision stratégique, grande aisance relationnelle, rigueur analytique et culture du résultat.
