Devsinc is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with 1.5–03 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and handling customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging posts that increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and other digital content.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, comments, and direct messages across social media channels.
  • Develop creative content ideas, captions, and campaigns to improve audience engagement.
  • Research trending topics, viral content, hashtags, and emerging social media trends to keep the brand relevant.
  • Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
  • 1.5–03 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and creative social media posts and captions.
  • Quick response time and excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Strong research skills and awareness of market trends and viral content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify new content opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Canva or other content creation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, and Shorts).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
