En Devsu buscamos un/a Líder de Transformación y Desempeño Organizacional (Performance Lead) que impulse la efectividad organizacional mediante el diseño e implementación de mejoras al modelo operativo, conectando la estrategia del negocio con la ejecución y la generación de resultados medibles.

Buscamos un perfil estratégico y hands-on, con pensamiento analítico y criterio de negocio, capaz de identificar oportunidades de mejora, cuestionar constructivamente las formas de trabajo actuales e impulsar cambios en procesos, estructuras operativas y mecanismos de decisión.

Será responsable de analizar el desempeño del dominio asignado, identificar restricciones, facilitar decisiones basadas en datos e impulsar iniciativas de transformación, inteligencia artificial y automatización.

Requirements

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar e implementar mejoras al modelo operativo, optimizando procesos, roles, responsabilidades, mecanismos de decisión y formas de trabajo.
  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño, portafolio, capacidad, productividad y cumplimiento para identificar restricciones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Facilitar la planificación y priorización de iniciativas, considerando su alineación estratégica, valor, riesgos, capacidad y dependencias.
  • Retar constructivamente al negocio y a los líderes, cuestionando ineficiencias y proponiendo soluciones sustentadas en datos y criterio de negocio.
  • Identificar causas raíz y acompañar la implementación de mejoras, verificando sus resultados e impacto en la operación.
  • Coordinar con Negocio, Producto, Tecnología y otras áreas para resolver bloqueos, gestionar dependencias e impulsar cambios.
  • Promover una cultura de gestión basada en datos, autonomía, colaboración, transparencia y mejora continua.
  • Identificar oportunidades y construir prototipos, agentes, automatizaciones y soluciones de IA mediante herramientas low-code/no-code, APIs o desarrollo asistido por IA, validando su funcionamiento y resultados.

REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL

  • Formación universitaria en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia sólida en transformación organizacional o digital, gestión del desempeño, gestión de portafolios, Operational Excellence o mejora continua.
  • Experiencia comprobable diseñando e implementando mejoras al modelo operativo, procesos, gobernanza y mecanismos de toma de decisiones.
  • Experiencia trabajando con líderes senior y equipos multidisciplinarios, con capacidad para influir, cuestionar supuestos e impulsar cambios sin depender de autoridad jerárquica.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de indicadores, análisis de desempeño, capacidad y productividad.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Azure DevOps, Power BI o equivalentes.
  • Experiencia práctica construyendo, probando o implementando soluciones de IA y automatización para necesidades reales.
  • Conocimientos de metodologías Agile, Lean y gestión del cambio.
  • Experiencia en banca, servicios financieros u otros sectores regulados.

ALTAMENTE DESEABLE

  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas de transformación que involucren Negocio, Producto y Tecnología.
  • Formación complementaria o certificaciones en transformación digital, Agile, Lean, gestión del cambio o inteligencia artificial aplicada.
