Onze organisatie groeit én beweegt snel. Met 50 kantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel is geen dag hetzelfde. Als onze HR Business Partner ben jij de brug tussen ons centrale HR-beleid en de dagelijkse praktijk in onze kantoren in Brussel, Limburg en Antwerpen. Jij zit niet achter een bureau op het hoofdkantoor, maar bent actief aanwezig op de locaties. 1 dag per 2 weken ben je aanwezig op ons hoofdkantoor in Izegem. Je bent een kritische sparringpartner voor onze leidinggevenden. Je coacht en versterkt hen in hun rol als leidinggevende, zodat zij hun verantwoordelijkheid volledig kunnen opnemen, zonder deze van hen over te nemen.

Praktisch.

Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (HRM, Organisatiepsychologie of gelijkwaardig) en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HRBP, bij voorkeur binnen een decentrale, multi-site of filiaalorganisatie. Je beschikt over de nodige maturiteit om op niveau te schakelen en durft kritische vragen te stellen om processen en mensen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je geniet van de dynamiek van een multi-site organisatie. Lokale aanwezigheid is voor jou dé manier om verbinding te maken en teams echt te versterken; onderweg zijn zie je als een kans om je focus te verleggen. Je stapt gemakkelijk op iedereen af, weet snel vertrouwen te winnen bij zowel medewerkers als leidinggevenden en past je communicatiestijl moeiteloos aan. Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan, organiseert je eigen agenda efficiënt en stroopt graag de mouwen op. Je voelt je thuis in een bottom-up organisatie met een no-nonsense, down-to-earth mentaliteit en een sterke focus op ondernemerschap.
