Job Description

Merencanakan, mengimplementasikan, memonitoring, mengontrol dan mengevaluasi kegiatan terkait Training & Development di PT Dexa Medica Site Palembang, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar yang berlaku.

Responsibilities

1. Menyusun perencanaan/target tahunan dalam bentuk Balance Score Card (BSC) individu dan timnya, mengusulkan rencana anggaran biaya kepada Atasan dan melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian/realisasinya.

2. Melakukan proses Internal Training termasuk kebutuhan External Training meliputi :

  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Memonitor pelaksanaan BOT dan memberikan materi sesuai dengan jadwal
  • Memonitor pelaksanaan Program Internal Training dan External Training
  • Melakukan pengelolaan modul dan memastikan ketersediaan modul & soal-soal/evaluasinya.

3. Melakukan aktivitas Pelaksanaan Performance Management, meliputi :

  • Persiapan penilaian kinerja/PK (memastikan ketersediaan STO, Position Description dan BSC Departemen ter-update dan menginput ke dalam sistem)
  • Memastikan nilai BSC User terkait Learning & Growth tahunan yang sudah direncanakan dan dikelola oleh HR.

4. Melakukan support pengolahan kegiatan terkait kompetensi, meliputi :

  • penyusunan kurikulum pelatihan
  • penjadwalan matriks pelatihan

5. Mengevaluasi dan menganalisa efektivitas proses kerja yang dilakukan terkait employee development untuk memberikan ide- ide perbaikan untuk proses kerja yang lebih efektif.

6. Memberikan instruksi, memantau (monitor) aktivitas kerja, dan mengembangkan anggota tim di bawah tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan.

Qualifications

  • Min. S1 dari semua jurusan (diutamakan Psikologi)
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja min 1 th di bidang HR Training & Development, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memahami proses Training Need Analysis (TNA), penyusunan program pelatihan, pelaksanaan training, dan evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan.
  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
