The posting

Who is DexCare?

DexCare optimizes time in healthcare, streamlining patient access, reducing waits, and enhancing overall experiences. Guided by our mission – Nobody waits for care – DexCare addresses tech gaps by aligning supply and demand to modernize healthcare infrastructures for an inclusive ecosystem. We are equally committed to our DEIB mission: Creating an inclusive workplace where diversity drives innovation, equity ensures fairness, and belonging strengthens collaboration, enabling everyone to thrive.

What is DexCare?

DexCare, a digital care orchestration platform, streamlines care delivery logistics. It empowers healthcare systems to predict constraints and precisely schedule services, optimizecapacity, and cuts operational costs. Currently serving 57 million patients, including Kaiser Permanente and Providence, DexCare ushers in a new era of digital-care access, ensuring health systems can efficiently track and deliver every hour of capacity for consumer ease.

About the Role

DexCare is building the AI-first patient navigation platform that health systems rely on to connect patients with the right care, fast. The Platform Foundations team owns the trust and control layer that every product at DexCare — and every customer that integrates with us — depends on: authentication, identity, tenant and license management, and the API gateway that fronts our services.

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own this foundation. You'll define how identity and access work across a multi-tenant healthcare platform, balancing security, compliance, and scale with the need for a frictionless experience for end users, administrators, and the engineering teams who build on top of your platform.

What You'll Own

  • Identity & Authentication: Roadmap and requirements for authentication (SSO, MFA, federated identity), session management, and secure user lifecycle across consumer, provider, and admin personas.
  • User & Tenant Management: Multi-tenancy architecture decisions, tenant provisioning/configuration, role-based access control, and org-hierarchy modeling that scales as DexCare adds health system customers.
  • License Management: Product requirements for entitlement models, usage tracking, and license enforcement that support DexCare's commercial packaging and billing needs.
  • API Gateway: Prioritization for the gateway layer — rate limiting, routing, versioning, and access policies — that other internal teams and external partners build against.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Security, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure the platform meets healthcare-grade security and privacy requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) without slowing down product velocity.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Translate platform reliability, security, and scalability needs into a prioritized backlog; make explicit build-vs-buy and sequencing tradeoffs.

What You'll Bring

  • 7-9 years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion of that in platform, infrastructure, or identity/access domains.
  • Direct experience with authentication/authorization systems, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, or API platform products.
  • Comfort operating at a technical level — you can read an API spec, participate in architecture discussions, and push back credibly with engineering.
  • A track record of balancing security/compliance requirements against usability and delivery speed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical tradeoffs for both engineering and executive audiences.
  • Has migrated a legacy system to multi-tenant SaaS with live customers
  • Experience in healthcare technology, regulated industries, or enterprise B2B SaaS is a strong plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
