Il reparto JUSupport è il primo interlocutore per le richieste di natura giuridica dei nostri clienti e supporta i team di specialisti nella gestione dei casi.

Studente / Giurista (u/d) JUSupport

I tuoi compiti...

  • Rispondere telefonicamente alle richieste dei clienti in tutti gli ambiti del diritto, in particolare nel diritto del lavoro, diritto contrattuale, diritto di locazione, diritto della circolazione stradale, diritto di famiglia e diritto successorio
  • Apertura dei casi giuridici per la successiva assegnazione ai team di gestione dei casi
  • Gestione delle attività amministrative correnti
  • Supporto nella preparazione di schede informative (Factsheets) e modelli
  • Gestione di casi giuridici di minore complessità

Il tuo profilo...

  • Ti stai preparando per l’esame di avvocatura, stai per iniziare il master in diritto oppure sei all’inizio del tuo percorso di studi e cerchi un’interessante opportunità di lavoro a tempo parziale da affiancare agli studi
  • Sei in grado di fornire una prima consulenza telefonica su questioni giuridiche
  • Sei una persona aperta e comunicativa, con un forte orientamento al cliente e al lavoro di squadra
  • Hai una rapida capacità di apprendimento, lavori in modo efficiente e preciso anche sotto pressione
  • Hai dimestichezza con i nuovi media, le tecnologie digitali e il pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Hai una perfetta padronanza della lingua italiana; la conoscenza di altre lingue (in particolare tedesco e/o francese), costituisce un titolo preferenziale
