About the Role

DF Booking Recruitment Services is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing healthcare network across Pennsylvania.

This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and weekly direct deposits ideal for nurses who value both professional growth and work-life balance.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Additional Benefits Include:

Available Shift Options

Choose what suits you best:

  • 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
  • 12-Hour Rotations: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions
  • Record patient information accurately and update charts daily
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician
  • Support patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort
  • Uphold infection control and safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (valid in the work state)

CPR/BLS certification

PA PATCH clearance, Physical exam, and TB test

Valid drivers license or state-issued ID and SSN card

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) training provided

Minimum of 6 months clinical experience preferred, but not required
