Takenpakket

Als preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van gezondheids- en veiligheidsmaatregelen binnen ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze werkomgeving voldoet aan alle wettelijke vereisten en dat risico's tot een minimum worden beperkt. Je adviseert het management en medewerkers over veiligheidsprocedures en -praktijken en biedt training en ondersteuning om een cultuur van veiligheid te bevorderen.

Deze functie biedt verder een grote verantwoordelijkheid en verscheidenheid aan taken:

  • Identificeren, evalueren en beheren van risico's op de werkplek door middel van risicoanalyses en veiligheidsaudits.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van veiligheids- en gezondheidsbeleid en -procedures.
  • Organiseren van trainingen en workshops over veiligheidskwesties.
  • Onderzoeken van incidenten en ongevallen en aanbevelingen doen ter verbetering.
  • Samenwerken met overheidsinstanties en externe partners op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid.
  • Het up-to-date houden van kennis over relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

In deze functie leggen we vooral de nadruk op klantgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit. Kan je volgende punten afvinken?

  • Kan je vlot communiceren en beschik je een grote portie probleemoplossend en analytisch vermogen?
  • Ben je nauwkeurig en een administratieve duizendpoot?
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als preventieadviseur?
  • Een grondige kennis van de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot gezondheid en veiligheid.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en georganiseerd?
  • Teamplayer – Je kan goed werken in teamverband;
  • Je bent flexibel wat betreft je werkuren;
  • Je werkt vlot met een PC en beschikt over een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket?
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om je te verplaatsen naar de site?
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels?
  • Je hebt een certificering als preventieadviseur.
